Stanmore House School – Aviemore 2014

A group of youngsters from Capability Scotland Stanmore House School have thoroughly enjoyed 4 days at Badaguish with Paradventures.

They enjoyed nature trails at Loch Morlich, going up Cairngorm Mountain on the Funicular and a journey through Speyside in the steam train and interacting with the wildlife at the Highland Wildlife Park. The youngsters were involved in the planning of their outdoor adventure program which helped them progress their academic curriculum.

#PEAK2PEAK, Challenge Edinburgh

In September 2014, Paradventures made it possible for Valerie Watt, Jamie MacIntosh and Martin Jamieson to take part in this 13 mile challenge which included crossing the Pentland Hills and scaling the 820ft Arthur's Seat.

All-terrain wheelchairs were pushed and pulled by teams of volunteers whilst Martin scaled Arthurs Seat by walking which was a great person challenge. Watch this space for further challenges which are being planned.
